1)Bhuney pyaz aur mirch ka murgh- Semi thick chicken curry made of rich onion and tomato gravy.
2) Shahi Nihari-Traditional nihari in royal mild spices and flavors.
3)Begum Hazrat Mahal Subz Korma-Seasonal vegetables cooked in tomato gravy, finished with mawa & cream.
4)Talle aloo ka Qorma- Potatoes are fried over extremely low heat and simmered in the saffron tinged gravy.
5)Dal baluchi-signature preparation of Baluchi of black lentils on charcoal fire,finished with cream.
6)Safed Chawal-Basmati steamed rice.
