Makkai Kheer (Shravan Special)





  1. 200 gms fresh corns (roughly  crushed)
  2. 2 table spoon desi ghee
  3. 4 table spoon sugar
  4. 150 ml milk
  5. salt to taste
  6. pinch of cardamon powder.


Method : Take sauce pan on the low fire, put desi ghee. when it stars melting add crushed corn. Stir it for 5 minutes, then add milk and sugar. dissolve the sugar and cook it for another 10 minutes. Keep on stir continuous on low fire, at the end add little salt and pinch of cardamon powder. Put of the fire and serve steaming hot or cold.
